Have you been fired via text message? Possible or not? It is! But that if you’re not reading your Company’s bible – Employee Handbook.

So, is it really possible? No way Jose! It’s really darn impossible. Serious? Really serious! But what if “text messages” via your smart phone is part of the due process – to inform you that a decision has been made about the alleged so and so, and it has been documented, made part of the employee handbook and its implementing guidelines. That would be sooo cool! Imagine terminating employees upfront? If this one materializes, a few HR pros would be so happy!

And to you my beloved employees, if your Sups tells you that you’re no longer allowed to work, because you’ve been considered terminated, screw them because termination needs a month. And a formal document should be given to you not a text message.
