Is Google Wave the next big thing – “Web 3.0″?
By Rodelio LagahitIs it or is it not? Well, I won’t be surprised if a ton of bloggers will hype this new technology that is really the “web 3.0″, but the way I see it, the way it is positioned by Google, no doubt this is the next big thing. It’s scalable, fun and pretty dynamic, what more could you ask for? I guess Google is really creating a walled-garden and a killer-app yet again to out-run the competition.
So, how’s the new technology affects social media – hmmmm, I’m sensing a few social networking platforms worried about this one? How’s the new technology affects the Human Resource profession – now more and more HR pro are worried on how to keep up with the web? Anyway, you can start with Jeff Schwartzman’s discussion on Google Wave’s possibilities with recruitment of which I couldn’t agree more. Next is, we have Kohlben Vodden of “Marketing for Recruiters” who talks about how the web is changing, and Raghav Singh who talks about this new technology at ERE.net. Still hungry for information? You can browse the web using your fav search engine.
So what’s Google Wave?
The video below can address that, but don’t forget to visit The Complete Guide to Google Wave and Google Wave it self.
Is this not the next big thing? You decide.
