If you’re to look back we’ve been asking our HR colleagues to ‘engage’ employees if you want them to be productive. If we’re to talk about recruitment and sourcing I would highly encourage HR pros to use ‘engage’ again in getting your potential audience attention to follow your BRAND, and today, the only possible and cost-effective way to engage our new breed of workforce is to engage them via social networks.
