Taj Mahal Hotel & Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Station was rocked by Terrorist Attacks wherein Indian television reports said a little-known outfit called Deccan Mujahideen had sent a letter claiming responsibility for the attacks but the reports could not be confirmed and no other information was immediately available. Details of the latest Mumbai attacks are as follows;

Gunmen opened fire in at least seven sites, including a train station, two five-star hotels, a hospital and a restaurant popular with tourists.
Sajjad Karim, an MEP for the North West of England who is in Mumbai, told the BBC he had seen a gunman opening fire in the lobby of Taj Mahal hotel.

Police said at least 10 people were killed in gunfire at the Chhatrapati Shivaji railway station.
Gunmen, some armed with automatic weapons, had fired indiscriminately at people, they said.
