Miss USA Crystle Stewart Falls. For the second straight year, Miss USA fell as she stepped onto the stage in her high heels. Are you guys this mad about contingents from the United States? Crystle Stewart fell down aduring the evening gown portion 2008 Miss Universe Pageant in Vietnam. But of course t’was not the reason why she wasn’t able to make it to the top 5.
