i have a globelines 3mb line and i cant remember going 24 hours with a good connection. i have had the service for 10 months now and lately during the weekdays 5 pm to 11 pm its terrible, today is the weekend and again very poor connection. 1800 ms ping latency, 300 kb download 40 kb uploads on globelines premium internet line. How can a company get away with not providing what they are being paid for?

Yeah… It is a good thing that someone is actually experiencing what I am experiencing right now… I applied for the wireless connection of Globe three weeks ago… I waited for about 8days before it was installed.. The moment it was installed, I was not happy because the internet speed is only reaching about 40kbps, when I thought according from their advertisements, it was 512kbps… It didn’t end there, I tried calling at their customer service hotline for 20 times already but they were not able to help me with my problem.. Now, I am so pissed, I even sent them emails containing my dissatisfaction with their service but I guess they tend to ignore these kinds of complain. Until now, my problem is not resolved because I still have a very very very slow connection, and it disconnects a lot…
Their service is not really good, I am not even sure if they are doing anything about it… I will be withdrawing my application tomorrow.. I think myDSL by PLDT will be better. GLOBE REALLY SUCKS!!!!!

I share the same sentiments with you. I had my rantings with Globelines and still ranting with them… their CSRs are rude! Check what I wrote for the past months.

yes GLOBE BROADBAND SUCKS! From the application I had for a phone line, It took one month for them to give me a connection. For three months, I get bad line and intermittently no dial tone. But was still convinced, to upgrade to a broadband that gives me superdeduper unreasonable no internet connection. I am on my options to find a new ISP sooner… THERE SERVICES SUCKS! I HATE THEM ALL! IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR ME TO BE ANSWER ON THE HOTLINE NUMBER AND I RECEIVED NO EMAIL REPLY IF I EMAIL, ONLY AN AUTO RESPONDER. I AM STUPEFIED!!!!!!!!!!
