Well, Starbucks has now ventured into web2.0 just to get uptime and great ideas from their customers called MyStarbucksIdea.com. The site allows users to interact through discussion boards, and to share ideas for ways the stores, products and company can be improved. Users vote on each other’s ideas, and then see the changes in action.
Moreover, according to their website, any visitor can look at the ideas that have been posted and read our “Ideas in Action” blog. If you sign up to be a registered member of the site (and accept our Terms and Conditions), you can also submit your own ideas, vote and comment on ideas submitted by other people. You can also proceed to their website for more information about their cool initiative.
