A Drunk 4-year-old Girl. Now where did she get that alchohol? Deputy Police Chief said it’s believed the girl got the alcohol before she got to school. Now I think mom & dad should answer this one. I was also wondering why mom & dad didn’t notice that their baby girl was already tipsy before going to school. Where’s mom & dad? Are they still doing the thing early in the morning? Anyway, the girl was taken immediately to the hospital where she was reported to be in good condition after her teachers reported the young girl was acting strange and her breath smelled of alcohol.
