Right! Z salvage a split draw after two (2) trips to the canvass. Guess what? commotion was also present wherein spectators were throwing empty bottles of mineral water to Vic’s corner. For the final scores 113-112-Gorres, 14-112-Darchinyan & 13-113 for a split Draw…

Weeww… that was a pretty close fight. Z was also suffering from a deep cut due to accidental headbut commited by Vic. On the other hand, some spectators believed that Vic was robbed while most believed that Z was robbed. Well, a rematch would difinitely settle this one before this year ends.

A lot has been reacting also on how dirty Vic plays boxing. This was also the reason why Z suffered a very nasty cut. Couple of spectators and boxers who where there also didn’t like the set up since a lot of off balance happened because of a slippery mat coupled with a lot of push. Well… what can I say.. I’m also a fan of Z. The way I see it.. t’was almost like Montiel fight when Z ran out of gas on the latter rounds. He keeps on clinging to Vic just to survive. I guess a second encounter would be necessary as early as possible and Z needs more gas for him to last 12 rounds. He did last 12 rounds for this encounter but his performance on the latter rounds was a determinant on what he lacks.
