Another reason for you guys to stay away with their Adsense program.

Just recently, I checked with John Chow’s blog for latest updates and found this article about Google going cheap on Adsense affiliate program. Well a few hundreds claimed that Adsense is not really performing well on their blogs and plus this news from Google I guess a few thousands or even million bloggers and site owners would surely flock to other related programs just to monetize their respective blogs/sites.

“So what’s the current set up with Google Adsense then?

• $5 when the referred publisher makes $5
• $250 when the referred publishers make $100
• $2,000 bonus for referring 25 publishers earning $100 or more in any 180 day period

Google is doing away with the above setup and will be paying just $100 when a referred publisher brings in $100.”

Months back, they optimized there are ads to prevent accidentals clicks. Was it to prevent accidental clicks or to minimize earnings of those publishers who availed of their program. Next, a big chunk of Asia and other areas are not anymore included on their referral program, and it’s giving negative implication to those affected areas.

Anyhow, some are also happy about Adsense since it’s giving them a hell of an income. I’ve read various stories from different blogs on how these guys earned thousands from Adsense.

So what’s more to come for Google Adsense and Google….

Anyway, i’m sticking to other sources for now and I’m happy with it. I’ll just keep my fingers crossed for the next month since I’m expecting to double my income for next month through affiliate programs. Overall, for this week I’m hitting $51.00 and quite satisfied with it..
